We service Richmond, Henrico, Chesterfield, Mechanicsville, Chester, Sandston, Ashland and Powhatan. If you are outside a 30-minute radius of Richmond there will be a higher travel fee
What makes the prices vary?
The lockout pricing varies depending on the make and model of the car and the different techniques that have to be used to complete the job. In the commercial setting it depends on the style of lock that is needed to be opened and the time extra time it may take to complete the job.
Do you charge my card before coming out?
No, we only take payment once the job is complete. A $30 travel fee is included in the final bill, and in rare cases (like after hours or long distance calls) a deposit may be required. We’ll always let you know upfront before dispatch.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, our company is fully licensed and insured in Virgina. This means we meet all the state requirements to operate as a professional locksmith business. Being insured also protects you and your property giving you peace of mind that every job is handled safely, responsibly, and to industry standards
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, cash, and electronic payment. For business clients, we also offer invoicing and account based billing options upon request.
